The Montuna golf course was originally a private golf course but has developed and expanded into the Berwick/Montuna picturesque 18 hole public course you see today.

This small painting was the last of the first series of Golf art paintings and completed what I had initially set out to achieve.

I have play several games of golf at Montuna and have always found it a pleasant place to visit set in the foothills of Berwick it has both undulating and long flat holes and some testing water hazards. The view from the seventh green up to the club house was one that attracted me and as I wanted a simplistic scene for a small canvas and this suited my needs perfectly.
